Hey everyone, i just wanted to wish everyone a happy thanksgiving. I'll be cooking roasted chicken and potatos later. I'll post up pictures. =] The reason why i'm cooking chicken instead of turkey is because we just like chicken better =]. It's more tender =D and i'll be making my own gravy too.

hahaha chicken is better because it also takes less time to finish! A turkey you gotta eat it for at least the rest of the week and by the time you're done you're sooo sick of it!
